The Micro Suite is 150 sq. ft of living space that is adaptable and flexible - creating a fluid environment where multi-functional design allows you to quickly exchange your sleeping quarters for your workstation and living area. This accommodation unit is meant to bend and fold to the user’s needs throughout the day.
This modified 20' high cube container comes complete with a certified electrical package and comes structurally engineered for snow loads in most areas of Canada.
Boasting sleekness and functionality, the Micro Suite comes packed with:
- An electrically actuated awning for covered outdoor lounging
- 8000BTU air conditioning unit
- 2000W baseboard and in-wall electric heating
- Industrial vinyl flooring on solid wood floor
- A pull-down wall bed and a couch
- A built-in hidden drawer slide-out table (doubles as a workspace or dinner table)
- Power source that ascends for access and descends to become flush with the countertop
- Long, horizontal kitchen window and standard common area window, both with hidden blind and exterior steel mesh for added security
- Matte black farmhouse-style sink
- Soft-close cabinets
- Mini-fridge and freezer
- Microwave with built in fan over counter-top range
- Full 3-piece washroom with sliding pocket door, toilet, vanity, and shower
- A Smart LED touch switch mirror with adjustable colour and brightness
- Full-size stand-up shower with handheld showerhead
- Mechanical room secured behind cargo doors at far end of unit
How do I hook up the Micro Suite?
The Micro Suite is powered via utilities hookup OR easy tank hookup (tanks sold separately). The recommended minimum electrical power source is 90A.
What kind of siding options are there for the exterior?
