Secure-Rite Mobile Storage (www.Secure-Rite.com) serves mobile storage needs in BC and Alberta from our locations in Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, Calgary and Vancouver

 

In this position, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for incoming customer inquiries, and bookings, and ensuring that details are captured and communicated effectively. You will also be responsible for sending sales and rental agreements, quotations and information requested by our customers. The CSR plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer to our customers.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an office environment with Microsoft Office products.

  • Responsible to Client Services Manager

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Customer Service
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders for all branches
    • Collect detailed information from customers to prepare sales and rental agreements
    • Enter all client information and sales/rental booking information into our software program
    • Send agreements to customers, and ensure they are received back with payment details before the delivery date
    • Handle any customer complaints as per company procedure

 

  • Quotations & Information
    • Prepare and send quotes to customers
    • Forward any non-standard quote requests to applicable departments
    • Track KPIs to provide data to the Branch Manager every week

 

  • Outside Sales & Service
    • Follow up with past customers and previous inquiries via phone and email
    • Make warm calls to previous customers to engage in discussion for future opportunities

 

  • Accounting Support
    • When requested, assist Finance with accounts receivable
    • Ensure that all client information and methods of payment are current and functional 

 

The above job description is intended to serve as a guideline for the general role of the Customer Service Representative as a member of the team at Secure-Rite Mobile Storage Inc. The Customer Service Representative may be required to perform some additional duties at the request of Secure-Rite, which contribute to the overall goals of Secure-Rite. Training and support will be provided to the Customer Service Representative as necessary.
